Privacy Policy

What we collect

• From commissioners: name/email (via Firebase Auth), club name, logo (if uploaded), season settings, and billing tier selection. Payment details themselves are handled entirely by Stripe on its own external checkout page — we never see or store card numbers.
• From roster uploads: player names, team assignments, and optionally email/phone if a commissioner includes them in their spreadsheet. This information is provided by the commissioner on the players' behalf; the commissioner is responsible for having a lawful basis to upload it.
• From anyone: feedback submissions (name is optional and self-reported, not verified).
• From the native app (iOS): a push notification device token, if you grant permission — used only to send you season-related notifications for clubs you're part of.

How it's used

Solely to run the season the commissioner is administering: displaying rosters, leaderboards, scores, and recaps to that club's participants, and letting the commissioner manage their own club. Not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with other clubs.

Data isolation

Every club's data is logically separated. We do not access one club's data to benefit another club.

Retention & deletion

We retain a club's data for as long as its account remains active. If a season ends or a commissioner does not renew their season license, we retain that club's data for up to 90 days to allow the commissioner to resume the account, after which it is deleted or anonymized. A commissioner may request deletion of their club's data at any time before that period ends by contacting us at the address below.

Third parties

• Firebase (Google Cloud) — hosts all app data and handles authentication.
• Stripe — handles payment collection for season licenses; we never receive raw card data.
• Apple — App Store distribution; standard Apple platform data practices apply.

Children's privacy

This service is intended for use by club commissioners, who must be adults, and is not directed at or intended for use by children under 13. Commissioners may upload roster information that includes minors (e.g., junior club members) as part of managing their club's season; that information is provided by the commissioner on the player's behalf, not collected by us directly from a child, and the commissioner is responsible for having the appropriate right to provide it. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information directly, we will delete it.
